Blackboard was successfully upgraded

Note:

If you changed your password during our recent Blackboard upgrade - Tuesday April 28th at 5pm to May 1 at 11:59pm your password will allow you access to myDouglas but not to Blackboard.

Solution: Follow the steps below to change your password again, so that the newest password will be synced from Banner to myDouglas and to Blackboard.

To change your PIN (Password):

  • Go to www.douglascollege.ca

  • Hover your mouse pointer over the "Login" option at the upper right hand corner

  • Select "myDouglas" from the drop list

  • Enter your User ID and PIN to log into myDouglas

  • In Self-Service Channel: Click on the appropriate "Student Self-Service (Credit Students)", "Student Self-Service (Continuing Education Students)" or "Employee/Faculty Self-Service" link

  • Click on "Personal Information"

  • Click on "Change PIN"

  • Enter Old PIN, New PIN and re-enter New PIN

  • Click on "Change PIN" button

Usually within a minute, you should be able to log into myDouglas and Blackboard using your newest password.
