MyDouglas User ID and PIN

How do I get a user ID and PIN?
  • If you're a new student, your user ID is your nine-digit student number, and your default PIN is your birthday (DDMMYY format). You must register for your classes before you can receive a myDouglas account.

  • If you're a returning student, your user ID (nine-digit student ID number) and six-digit PIN are the same as you use to register on-line.

  • If you're an instructor, your user ID (a nine-digit faculty ID number) and six-digit PIN are the same as those you use to access Web for Faculty.

  • If you are staff or an administrator, your user ID is the nine-digit employee number found at the top of your pay advice and the PIN is your birthday (DDMMYY format).

We strongly recommend that you change your myDouglas PIN from your birthday. Instructions are available on the myDouglas home page (you must first log-in).

Please note that changing your PIN in myDouglas also changes your PIN on the Registration System if you are a student, and on Web for Faculty if you are an instructor.

If your myDouglas ID does not exist, please contact the helpdesk.
